RC Files Complaint on Cindy Trigg with Attorney General

In a surprise revelation this morning, the Record-Courier newspaper has filed a formal complaint with the Nevada Attorney General over an (alleged) Open Meetings Act Violation by Congressional Candidate du jour Cindy Trigg. In a nutshell the basis for the case seems to be that Trigg collaborated with two other Trustees [sic] to (possibly) manipulate the review data for the renewal of a contract for her good buddy, Superintendent Lark.

Having all the formal legal training of (at least) graduating AA Stewardess College, Trigg defended the legality of her actions as "It's my prerogative.” Trigg and Lark you may recall in a post here are the vanguards who have rammed through a drug policy which is also inviting more litigation.

In other news which is sure to gather voters for Trigg's run for office, she is almost apologetic for her racist and culturally insensitive remarks.

At Lark's evaluation on June 17, Trigg warned board members that allowing insubordination against the superintendent could send the wrong message to employees and future superintendents.

“You can't let them think that the Indians are running the camp,” Trigg said at the meeting. (emphasis added)

Yes, here in Douglas County, having an opinion is "insubordination". Having 16 out of 21 opinions against the Superintendent is pure anarchy which must be quashed and Trigg, being Lark's "self-described supporter of Lark" will do whatever it takes to support her friend mentor who could easily be out the door come 2010.

There, folks of Nevada and CD2, you have have just two insights into the leadership "qualities" of this person who wants to be you next Congresscritter. However, this is just the tip of the martini glass.

Btw, it has been rumored that Trigg actually has a website for her Congressional folly so this blog is happy to advertise it for her. Too bad she has not posted on it for well over a month now. C'mon, Cindy, we're all on the edge of our seats to hear more about how you will change things when you kick Heller's butt.

Btw II, can some of you out there throw a few nickels and dimes her way? 46 supporters and $4 grand isn't near enough for a "Fully Disabled" person to go to DeeCee now that she has lost the Native American vote.

And somebody please report how the debate of the century goes. I have a feeling that Mr. Reeves is going to be able to expound at length without interruption by his "opponent".
